54th Nordic Pediatric Cardiology Meeting

Dear colleagues and friends,

Welcome to the 54th Pediatric Cardiology Meeting in Helsingør, Denmark 23-25 September 2026.

The annual Nordic Pediatric Cardiology Meeting has a long history as a friendly arena for comparing our practices and learning from each other. In 2026, we will do our best to continue the successes of previous years’ meetings and to expand our welcoming environment to some of our closest colleagues. 

We aim to deliver a highly scientific and interesting program combined with the best conditions for personal and professional contacts at all levels.

The meeting will be held at Marienlyst Strandhotel, just 19,9-meter from Øresund, approximately one hour north of Copenhagen. Marienlyst Strandhotel was founded in 1861 catering to royalties from all over Europe. 

The program has been developed by networking in local and Nordic groups. There will be parallel sessions in cardiology, anesthesiology, surgery and nursing and selected talks will be given by international experts. There will be plenty of time for socializiig, networking and group meetings.

Registration

Congress with accommodation
D.kr. 5.500 Early bird
D.kr. 6.800 Normal fee 
Late (only upon availability)

The hotel has a limited number of hotel rooms available, which have been reserved exclusively for our conference.
To secure your accommodation, we recommend booking early, as rooms will be allocated on a “first-come, first-served” basis.

Once all rooms at Marienlyst Strandhotel have been fully booked, additional participants will be accommodated in nearby hotels 

Congress only without accomodation is available if preferred (D.kr. 4.500)

Cancellation conditions

The registration is binding. There is no refund for cancellations after registration is made.

Change of Name

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to someone else at no additional cost. Please contact the conference secretariat if you wish to make this change.

Abstracts

Oral and Poster Presentations

Abstracts can be presented orally or as a poster and will not be published/indexed. Consequently, presentations given at previous congresses may be repeated. To submit an abstract, download the abstract form (Word) from the website return it in PDF-format to:
npcm2026.nordsjaellands-hospital@regionh.dk 

Please indicate your format preference (oral or poster) and if the abstract has been presented before.

The oral abstracts presentation is expected on Thursday, September 24 in the afternoon

The recommended poster size is 120 cm height and 90 cm width. Pins/tape for posters is provided on-site. There will not be a designated time for poster walk. Viewing of posters is scheduled during coffee and lunchbreaks.

The authors of approved abstracts will be notified by e-mail.

Abstract submission deadline is May 1th., but please submit as soon as possible.
The presenting author of approved abstracts will be notified by e-mail no later than June 1th.
The presenting author of approved abstracts will be offered early bird registration even if the deadline has passed.

Venue

Marienlyst Strandhotel in Helsingør is Denmark's largest, historic seaside hotel (est. 1861), located near Kronborg Castle with stunning Øresund views.
